Traceable Meter Calibration

Bi-directional pipe provers provide a traceable reference volume for calibrating flow meters under actual process conditions. By displacing a known volume of fluid through the meter at operating temperature and pressure, provers establish a meter factor that corrects for real-world conditions — something laboratory calibration alone cannot achieve.

Provers can be supplied as standalone skid-mounted units or integrated into complete LACT/ACT systems. Design and key components are sourced from Louisiana, USA, with local fabrication for larger assemblies to ensure rapid delivery and high quality.
