ZT-100 Water Cut Analyzers
The ZT-100 series is our flagship line of inline water cut analyzers. Using capacitance-based sensing, these instruments provide continuous, real-time measurement of water content in crude oil for production monitoring, custody transfer, and process control.

ZT-100-TEG Water in TEG Monitors
The ZT-100-TEG series is purpose-built for measuring water content in triethylene glycol (TEG) used in natural gas dehydration systems. Monitor lean and rich glycol streams to optimise reboiler performance and ensure gas meets water dew point specifications.

ZT-610 Interface Detector
A capacitance-based probe that senses oil-water transitions in tanks, vessels, and drain lines. Unlike a simple level switch, the ZT-610 provides a continuous reading across the full interface zone, distinguishing between dry oil, emulsion, and free water.

ZT-620 Tank Dewatering Systems
Complete automated tank dewatering solution built around two ZT-610 Interface Detectors and task-specific control software. The system continuously monitors the oil-water interface and automatically drains accumulated free water, reducing manual operations and preventing off-spec product.

ZT-100 Water In Oil Monitors
The ZT-100 Water In Oil Monitor detects water contamination in virtually any type of oil or fuel — lubrication oil, hydraulic fluid, turbine oil, diesel, heavy fuel oil, and vegetable oils including crude palm oil. Measures total water content (dissolved, free, and emulsified) well beyond the saturation point where conventional sensors fail.
- Total water: dissolved, free, and emulsified
- Sensitivity from 0.01% water content
- 1-second response time, 24 VDC loop powered
