ZT-100 Water Cut Analyzers
The ZT-100 series is our flagship line of inline water cut analyzers. Using capacitance-based sensing, these instruments provide continuous, real-time measurement of water content in crude oil for production monitoring, custody transfer, and process control.

The ZT-100TEG series is purpose-built for measuring water content in triethylene glycol (TEG) used in natural gas dehydration systems. Monitor lean and rich glycol streams to optimise reboiler performance and ensure gas meets water dew point specifications.

ZT-100 Water In Oil Monitors
The ZT-100 Water In Oil Monitor detects water contamination in virtually any type of oil or fuel — lubrication oil, hydraulic fluid, turbine oil, diesel, heavy fuel oil, and vegetable oils including crude palm oil. Measures total water content (dissolved, free, and emulsified) well beyond the saturation point where conventional sensors fail.
