Weld Neck Flanged Design
The ZT-100 F-Series uses weld neck flanges for both the process connection and the sensor entry point. This design facilitates radiographic (X-ray) inspection of all welds — a significant advantage for quality assurance and pressure integrity verification. The spool section is 100% compatible with main line piping specifications, ensuring seamless integration into any pipeline system.
The flanged probe, manufactured from 316L or other austenitic stainless steels, provides isokinetic measurement — the sensor geometry introduces no flow distortions that could lead to measurement errors. Available from 4″ to 48″ nominal sizes with pressure ratings up to Class 1500#.
