Flanged Insertion Probe
The ZT-100 I-Series Flanged is a permanently installed insertion probe designed for water cut measurement in large-diameter, high-pressure pipelines. The probe is bolted directly to a flanged nozzle on the pipe, providing a robust, leak-tight installation rated up to ANSI Class 1500 (250 barg).
Without the complexity of a retraction mechanism, the flanged version offers a simpler, more compact installation with the same high pressure capability. The probe enters through a 2" or 3" nozzle and is designed for line sizes from 12" to 48". Ideal for permanent installations where the probe does not need to be removed under pressure.
