Who We Are
Zelentech is a Singapore-based instrumentation company specialising in water cut analyzers and fluid measurement solutions for the oil & gas industry. For over 20 years, we have designed, manufactured, and supported precision measurement equipment used in production facilities, pipelines, refineries, and storage terminals worldwide.
Our flagship ZT-100 series of water cut analyzers uses advanced capacitance-based sensing technology to deliver reliable, continuous water-in-oil measurement in some of the most demanding operating environments on the planet — from desert wellheads to offshore platforms.
What We Do
Design & Engineering
In-house design of water cut analyzers, tank dewatering systems, and static mixers. Our engineering team handles mechanical design, electronics, firmware, and ATEX/IECEx certification processes.
Manufacturing
Precision manufacturing with full traceability. Every ZT-100 unit is assembled, calibrated, and factory acceptance tested before shipment. We maintain control over critical processes from machining to final calibration.
Support & Service
Global technical support with regional service partners. We provide commissioning assistance, recalibration services, spare parts, and field support to keep your measurement systems running accurately.
Certifications & Standards
Quality Management System certified since 2012. Scope: Design, Manufacturing and Supply of Fluid Measuring Instruments.
EU Directive 2014/34/EU for equipment in explosive atmospheres. Ex db IIC T4 Gb, Zone 1 & 2.
International IEC certification for hazardous area equipment, accepted in over 30 countries.
Brazilian national certification for Ex equipment, enabling direct supply to the Brazilian market.
Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme for equipment sold in the UAE and Gulf region.
North American certification for hazardous locations. cQPSus listed for use in Canada and the United States.
