The Challenge

How Zelentech Solves It

The ZT-100 Water In Oil Monitor measures total water content — dissolved, free, and emulsified — well beyond the saturation point. This is the critical difference: while Vaisala, E+H, and similar sensors measure only water activity (relative saturation), the ZT-100 provides a true volumetric water measurement that catches the dangerous free water that those sensors miss.

With 0.01% sensitivity and a 1-second response time, the ZT-100 detects water ingress the moment it occurs — from cooler tube leaks, seal failures, or condensation — giving operators time to react before bearing damage occurs.

The monitor is 24 VDC loop-powered with a standard 4–20mA output, making installation as simple as wiring a pressure transmitter. Select the oil type in the configuration software for automatic temperature compensation matched to your lubricant.
